Unit Analysis:
General Analysis
Pros:
-Has higher SKL and especially SPD than your other potential Generals
-High RES growth rate will allow him to become durable against any type of enemy
-Movement +1 Skill allows him to keep up with regular infantry more easily
-Shove Skill lets him push allies out of enemy range or slightly closer to hard-to-reach targets

Cons:
-HP and DEF are a bit low for his class
-Low base RES prevents him from prolonged tanking against magic early on
-Poor LCK makes him more vulnerable to enemy Critical Hits

Promotion Path: General
Pros:
-Access to Lances and Axes can improve his attack power
-Gives a boost to HP, POW, and DEF

Cons:
-Has to train two Weapon Ranks from E Rank to get significant use out of them
-Not quite as accurate with Lances and Axes
