Samarth Tanner (Megami Tensei OC)

Another MegaTen OC, a mysterious boy who seems curiously out to make Naomi's life miserable.  Early graying hair, yellow irises, and hexagram belt buckle aside, he looks like he'd be someone who'd fit in decently as a student at Naomi's school.  But, like Naomi, he is capable of summoning and manipulating demon allies.  However, he is seemingly able to do so without needing a Demon Summoning Program.  Using his own party of demons, he acts as Naomi's rival, dueling with her at various points in her journey.  Bottom line: he's a very dangerous individual to run into.

His true identity is none other than Satan, the Great Adversary.  He believes that humanity faces constant torment caught up in the struggle between stability and freedom and that the only way to save it is by destroying humanity.  As the war between God and Lucifer remains at a stalemate, he takes advantage of the opportunity to seduce mankind into a negative perception of its existence.  He senses that Naomi has latent power that, when awakened, could influence the outcome of the war and threaten his plan for mankind; he thus tries to stop her.

His appearance reminds me of Akito from Tokyo Revelation, but also of Sid Davis from Devil Summoner 1.  When thinking about his character, I tried emphasizing his nature as "the opposer" who presents men with ordeals to test their strength of character.  I love how he looks.
